<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which reduction of cooling performance of a battery is prevented even when batteries are modularized in parallel, and to provide a separator. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of batteries 10 are arranged in two rows by sandwiching a separator 20 having an insulation property between the batteries, on a heat exchange surface 22 of a cooling plate 12.
