PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing device in which a disk can be easily loaded to a loader even when a housing and the loader are made thin. SOLUTION: The optical disk reproducing device has a ring which pivotally supports a disk guide, turns following the movement of the loader, and has an opening part for storing the disk guide. The loader is equipped with a loader opening part and is configured to be erected in the loader opening part and to have a height to guide the disk beyond the thickness of the loader opening part. In addition, the optical disk reproducing device is equipped with the disk guide configured to tilt by coming into contact with the end surface in the turning direction of the opening part, to be located on the under surface side of the loader when the turning progresses and to perform the erecting operation by being held between the end surface of the ring opening part and the end surface of the loader opening part.
