PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust or automatically set a detection level of a handsfree sound pressure detecting part after installation by an interphone remote controller of a water heater. SOLUTION: With respect to a plurality of remote controllers 2 connected with a water heater main body 1 for instructing the operation of the water heater and displaying states of the water heater, each remote controller 2 has a microphone 4, a speaker 8, a sound pressure determining part 5 for determining loudness of voice taken from the microphone 4, a signal generating part 6 for distributing the taken voice with a signal to the other remote controller 2 when the sound pressure is over a certain level, and a speaker switching part 7 for switching the speaker 8 to a driving state by receiving the signal, and the voice is transmitted between the remote controllers 2. As a determination level adjusting part 9 is provided to change a determination level of the sound pressure determining part 5, the detection level of the handsfree sound pressure detecting part can be adjusted after installation by the interphone remote controller of the water heater.
