PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a inorganic powder-containing resin composition suitably forming PDP (plasma display panel) components (such as a dielectric layer, a partition, an electrode, a resistance, a fluorescent substance, a color filter and a black matrix) excellent in pattern form, to provide a transfer film forming components of PDP excellent in pattern form, and to provide a method for producing PDP. SOLUTION: The inorganic powder-containing resin composition comprises (a) an inorganic powder, (b) a binding resin and (c) a low molecular weight compound having≥30 mgKOH/g acid value, and has 8-100 mgKOH/g acid value measured by JIS K 5601-2-1 method.
