<p>The invention relates to light fittings. The invention particularly relates to sign light fittings, escape route light fittings and emergency light fittings. The invention utilises a door closer (1) installed on a door or the frame or edge of the doorway for the installation of a light fitting. The outer (22) case of the light fitting is integrated into the door closer casing. The electrical connector (210), lamp or lamps (28), and any other electric parts of the light fitting are attached to a separate body unit (21) that can be installed on top of the door closer. When installed, the outer case of the light fitting covers both the body unit and the door closer.</p> |
