PURPOSE:To enable the proper formation of a lead for the power supply part of equipment and a circuit board by providing a bent protection part on the peripheral parts of positive and negative terminal boards used for a lead terminal as common. CONSTITUTION:In the flat type battery wherein the peripheral edges of positive and negative terminal boards 1 and 2 used for external dressing as common, bent projection parts 1a and 2a are provided on the external parts of the aforesaid terminal boards 1 and 2, thereby enabling the use thereof as lead terminal for taking out electricity from the battery. Consequently, the projection parts 1a and 2a may be clamped and inserted in the power supply connection part of an IC card and the circuit board of each type of equipment, and then fixed with solder. According to the aforesaid construction, an electrical lead can be formed more properly than by the method wherein an electrical lead is taken while being clamped with a battery retaining spring from both upper and lower direction of the battery. |
