PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 5.1 channel phone jack whose manufacturing and assembling are simple. SOLUTION: A jack body has an insertion hole 41 in an axial direction, wherein the depth of the insertion hole 41 is provided so as to meet the length of a phone plug, an upper step part is provided with a large number of arranged through grooves 42, and one side facing each of the through grooves 42 has a first set of side locking grooves. At least six conductive pieces 50 are bend in a clip shape consisting of an elastic contact part and a fixed part, the fixed part is fitted into a locking groove, and the elastic contact part is attached to the through grooves so as to stride over an upper end of the insertion hole 41. A ground terminal 60 has an elastic contact part 61 fitted into the front end of the jack main body and mounted on the front end part of the jack main body exposing itself a side edge of the insertion hole 41 and a fixing part 62 to be fitted into a recessed groove of the jack main body.
