<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized computer whose space is efficiently used and whose housing is excellent in radiation of heat and which is excellent in extendability to a mother board. <P>SOLUTION: The small-sized computer is provided with a rectangular parallelepiped-like housing 10 and a mother board 40 mounted on one top plate of the housing 10. An air-intake 11 and air-exhaust 12 are formed on the two sides 10a and 10b of the housing 10, respectively, and a power source board 50 is mounted on the other top plate. The mother board 40 is mounted on the housing 10 while facing its surface toward the inside of the housing 10 so that a CPU 42 and a memory 43, which are mounted on the mother board 40, may face a power source board 50.
