PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of a speech information to be erased and reproduced in its distribution and transportation during the distribution and transportation of a recorded speech information. SOLUTION: A region, which forms the fore face piece 5b of a surface sheet 10b, conceals a reproducing button 3a, which produces a region being operated by a switch 33a when the speech information is reproduced, and a recording button 3b, which produces a region being operated by a switch 33b when the speech information is recorded.
