BAND GAP TYPE REFERENCE VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating circuit which supplies an optional output voltage. SOLUTION: MOS transistors M1and M2constitute a first current mirror. MOS transistors M2and M3constitute a second current mirror. The drain of the MOS transistor M3is connected to the ground via a resistor R4. MOS transistors M4and M5constitute a third current mirror. The drain of the MOS transistor M4is connected to a BIP transistor Q1via a resistor R1. The drain of the MOS transistor M5is connected to BIP transistors Q2-Qk+1. The base of the BIP transistor Q1is connected to a connecting point at which the MOS transistor M5is connected to the resistor R1. The connecting point is connected to the ground via a resistor R2. The bases of the BIP transistors Q2-Qk+1are connected to the BIP transistor Q1.
