摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and a control method wherein a high temperature actuation type fuel cell can be stopped in an emergency without deterioration or damage, and wherein autonomous operation can be carried out safely, easily and surely after the emergency stop. <P>SOLUTION: This includes a detecting means (emergency state monitoring means 4) to detect a state (for example, state that fuel supply to the fuel cell 1 is shut off because of unforeseen circumstances such as an earthquake and other natural disasters) that a fuel is not supplied to the fuel cell (for example, the high temperature actuation type fuel cell 1 such as a solid oxide fuel cell and a molten carbonate type fuel cell) and an emergency-stop means (5) to stop the fuel cell (1) in an emergency when a state (unforeseen circumstances) that the fuel is not supplied to the fuel cell (1) is detected by the detecting means (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
