PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of the power of a three-way valve by reducing a work amount of a drive mechanism. SOLUTION: This is a three-way valve which distributes fluid X, flowing in an input port 21, into two output ports 22 and 23 by moving up and down a piston 3. The three-way valve has a drive mechanism which moves up and down the piston 3 such that a force near closing out of at least either one of the two output ports 22 and 23 becomes relatively high and a force near non-closing up becomes relatively low.
