<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and re-sealable metal can and a method for manufacturing it. <P>SOLUTION: The re-sealable metal can has a side wall (86) continuous to a truncated conical part (76) and a bottom end wall (54) connected to metal cans (52 and 87), wherein the truncated conical part (76) is continuously connected to a mouth (53), the mouth (53) has an end (77) with a contracted diameter, and the mouth (53) has a bead (79) arranged on the edge of the end (77), a screw (84) arranged below the bead (79), receiving closure and sealing the metal cans (52 and 87), and a ring (82) arranged below the screw (84).
