PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter making distribution of speed of oil passing through a filter closer to constant in filter whole surface than a conventional filter. SOLUTION: 1. The oil filter 10 includes a case provided with an oil flow in opening and an oil flow out opening, a filter arranged in the case, and an inner installation object 40 provided in a downstream side of an oil flow direction of the filter in the case and provided with a hole through which oil passing through the filter passes. Ratio of the hole 41 of the inner installation object 40 to unit area of the inner installation object is larger at a section where pressure loss of oil flow in the case is larger. 2, Ratio of the hole 41 is enlarged by enlarging size of the hole 41.3, Ratio of the hole 41 is enlarged by increasing number of the holes 41.4, Ratio of the hole 41 is enlarged by changing shape of the hole 41.5, Surface area of the inner installation object 40 is larger at a place where pressure loss of oil flow in the case is larger.
