APPARATUS AND METHOD OF APPLYING GRANULAR BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method by which a granular body is uniformly applied on the wall surface of the inside space of a material to be coated. SOLUTION: Corona discharge is generated toward the material 6 to be coated from a discharge electrode by supplying compressed air to a lower chamber of a fluidizing vessel 1 and applying high voltage to the discharge electrode from a high voltage power source. Flux is charged by ions generated by the corona discharge and fluidized and the charged flux is floated in the upper part of the fluidizing vessel 1. Air in a suction hood 3 is evacuated to suck the floated flux in the fluidized from one end opening part of the inside space toward another end opening part through the inside space 11 of the material 6 to be coated and as a result, space charge in the inside space of the material to be coated is formed to deposit the charged flux on the wall surface of the inside space 11 of the material 6 to be coated.
