PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device wherein uniform heating of an object to be heated is intended to improve its cooked result, by suppressing partial heating caused when being heated by a single distribution. SOLUTION: At least two kinds of water particles such as steam S from a steam supply part 15 and mist F from a mist supply part 47 are supplied to the inside of a heating chamber 11 during heating by a control part 51 in order to change a dielectric constant distribution to distributions in various conditions.
