<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slippage between a position detecting pulley and the flexible transmission wire of a car slide door. <P>SOLUTION: A large-width groove 21 and a small-width groove 22 along which to wind a wire 5 are formed around the outer circumference of a pulley 4, and a rubber ring is fitted into the large-width groove. Even if the wire has floated up from the small-width groove, the wire is elastically pushed down by a flange 4a of the pulley at a point where the wire contacts the rubber ring before coming off from the pulley. This secures the continuous engagement of the wire with the pulley. Further even if the wire is about to come off radially outward from the pulley groove at a position where the wire contacts the pulley, the push-down force of flange 4a allows the wire to keep in contact with the pulley and the pulley to continue rotating as the wire moves, avoiding its non-synchronous condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
