PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an erroneous operation of a load in a simple structure. SOLUTION: This power supply device applies a first power supply voltage V1 to a drive section for driving to a load by outputting a pulse to the load and applies a second supply voltage V2 lower than the first one to a logic section for controlling an output timing of the pulse at the drive section. The power supply device has a regulator 98 for generating the second power supply voltage V2 by referencing the first power supply voltage V1. An auxiliary capacitor 101 for making the raising timing of the second power supply voltage V2 to be roughly concurrent with that of the first power supply voltage V1 is provided in parallel to the regulator 98.
