<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that when a film wrapper is sealed with a tape, water content sticking to the film wrapper causes the tape to peel quickly or peel easily during transportation due to the lack of adhesiveness thereof, and that a conventional ultrasonic welder cannot weld a flat film wrapper. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic welder 14 comprises an upper support member 4 fitted with an ultrasonic vibrator at which a cylindrical horn 11 is formed integrally, and a lower support member 5 to which a needle body 12 is fixed. The needle body 12 of the ultrasonic welder 14 is stuck in an overlapped part of the four corners of the film wrapper 1 wrapping a fresh food 2, and the cylindrical horn 11 is pressed against the overlapped part of the film wrapper 1.
