<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a phosphor mixture that comprises four or more kinds of phosphors of a red phosphor, an orange phosphor, a blue phosphor and a green phosphor and emits a light having excellent color rendering properties not only in white luminescence in the case of a high color temperature but also in luminescence of electric light bulb color in a low color temperature and to provide a light emitting device having the phosphor mixture and a luminescence part. <P>SOLUTION: The phosphor mixture is obtained by producing CaAlSiN<SB>3</SB>:Eu as a red phosphor and CaAl<SB>2</SB>Si<SB>4</SB>N<SB>8</SB>:Eu as an orange phosphor, preparing ZnS:Cu, Al as a green phosphor and BAM:Eu as a blue phosphor, measuring emission spectra of these four kinds of phosphors, obtaining a relative mixing ratio to make the relative color temperature of the phosphor mixture have the objective color temperature by simulation from the emission spectra, weighing each phosphor based on the result of the simulation and mixing the phosphors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
