PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system capable of providing services giving merits for both of a game parlor and a game machine maker and suited to the preference of each player, and preventing changes in a restriction to the game machine from hurting earnings of the game parlor and the game machine maker. SOLUTION: This service provision system having the game machine and a server is characterized in that the game machine is provided with a code information display means; and the server is provided with a receiving time data storage means storing receiving time data of times receiving URL information from a portable terminal machine corresponding to ID data, a calculation means calculating an interval of receiving times, and a time interval data storage means storing the time interval data corresponding to the ID data.
