Underneath the sealing layer is laid a permeable, synthetic geo-textile with properties whereby infiltrating or leaking fluid from the upper side through the sealing layer is wholly or partially made to flow along and parallel with the geo-textile. The geo-textile has beneath it an arrangement with the function whereby fluid in accordance with physical precepts is deflected and by drainage effects runs away towards a low point. The arrangement consists of a shorter or longer cohesive strip or similar, with a tube or similar, laid between the geo-textile and the underlying strip. A device for sampling and vol. determn. is installed at the respective drainage section low point, for subsequent sampling for assessment of the leakage situation. |
