PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an element concentration of the minute quantity of contaminants that are smaller than the detection limit of a detector. SOLUTION: Sample droplets are injected into two or more or all inlets provided in a graphite tube. Since the graphite tube with the injected sample droplets are heated, atomic vapor is generated from a sample within the graphite tube.
