PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning of a water storage tank by setting the water tank for humidification detachably from a humidifier body, and to enable a safe work of the cleaning of the water tank even in a constitution with a plurality of electrodes dipped in the water in the water tank. SOLUTION: This humidifier has a constitution equipped with a humidifier body 2, a water tank storage part 2S formed in the humidifier body, the water tank 6 stored in the water tank storage part freely inserted and drawn, a humidification filter 7 arranged so that at least a part thereof is dipped in the water in the water tank, a ventilation means 8 for discharging humidified air to the outside through the humidification filter, the plurality of electrodes 40A, 40B, 40C provided in the humidifier body so that at least each part thereof is dipped in the water in the water tank, and an interlocking mechanism R for operating so that the plurality of electrodes are dipped in the water in the water tank when the water tank is stored in the water tank storage part, and that the plurality of electrodes are separated from the water in the water tank when the water tank is drawn out from the water tank storage part.
