<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthopedic fixing material which does not allow a cure type resin held by a base material to move to the other place in a storing condition and can be stably used at anytime. <P>SOLUTION: A support body 5 which makes a base material 4 hold the water cure type resin 3 is disposed. The most part of the water cure type resin 3 of the above support body 5 is maintained in an uncured state, and simultaneously, the water cure type resin 3 at a surface portion of the support body 5 is partially made to react and to be cured to form a protection film on the support body 5. The uncured water cure type resin 3 can be prevented from penetrating into and moving to the other section by this protection film. The subject orthopedic fixing material such as a sprint material 1 is supplied with water and is applied on an affected part, and the affected part can be fixed by curing the uncured water cure type resin.
