PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register and change a cooperation application. SOLUTION: A correspondence information preparing means 13 of an integral management server 1 acquires device management information, and prepares correspondence information which are made correspondent to a cooperation application, an application server 2 and a device. Then, a menu setting means 14 prepares start definition information for starting a cooperation application by using the correspondence information, so as to make correspondent to an operation menu. The operation menu and the start definition information are prepared for every device. Then, when the arbitrary device is selected, a menu execution auxiliary means 15 starts the cooperation application according to the start definition information set in the selected device.
