PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional cord winding device wherein since it is of a signal transmission system by a slip ring of movable contact, the slip ring must be replaced due to wear, the conductivity of the contact becomes defective due to secular change, and an allowable current for the cord winding device itself is limited by the contact. SOLUTION: A power spring for producing a cord winding force incorporated in the cord winding device is installed in the electrically insulated state from the periphery, and the power spring is utilized as a signal transmission means to eliminate the need of a slip ring.
