PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in low-temperature fixability and excellent also in storage stability. SOLUTION: The toner comprises a binder resin and a colorant, and on a viscoelasticity curve of the toner drawn with storage elastic modulus G' of the toner as an axis of ordinate and temperature T as an axis of abscissas, a temperature Tp giving a maximum value G'max of storage elastic modulus G' is 55-65°C, and a temperature Ts giving a minimum value Smin among calculated values S obtained by the expression at respective temperatures is≥50°C.
