The mould component has a hollow inner space, at least one opening (14) for accommodation of the installation pipe and at least one section provided with intended break points (12',13') for formation of the installation access in its hollow inner space. The component may comprise a plastics rectangular hollow mould body (1) which is closable by a cover (2). The opening for receiving the installation pipe is arranged in the face side of the rectangular body and at least one intended break point is provided in a side surface for forming the installation access. The break point extends as far as an all-round edge area over the entire side surface.
