The administering equipment for administering a medical solution consists of a reservoir (2) containing the solution (3), a regulator of flow (6), an injector (4) and flexible tubing (5). The reservoir (2) is maintained under permanent pressure by a piston which is operated either by a spring or a motor. The flow regulator (6) consists of a block with two parallel channels which enable the tubing (5) to be guided between and squeezed between a rounded surface on the block and a motor driven eccentric roller. The position of the eccentric roller is governed by a sensor which detects the pressure difference between the incoming and outgoing flexible tubing
