PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidified preparation which enables the clinically necessary oral absorption of a lipo- or water-soluble hardly or lowly absorbable drug, which preparation contains an ester mixture (e.g., Labrasol) of a 6 to 18C fatty acid/glycerol ester and a 6 to 18C fatty acid/Macrogol ester, which are safe and more powerful self-microemulsifiying surfactants, and something necessary therefor. SOLUTION: The solidified preparation comprises a surfactant, a porous adsorbent, and an active drug ingredient.
