PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which, in the manufacture of a gypsum board, cuts the hardened product that is being conveyed continuously and also can perform the chamfering for the cut portion. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the gypsum board in which the front face paper forming the underside and the rear face paper forming the upside, both of which also serve as a mold, are conveyed continuously in the state that a raw material slurry is filled therebetween and in which the hardening of the raw material slurry and the cutting of the hardened product are performed in the meantime, a rotary saw for the cutting and the chamfering processing is moved to the same direction and at the same speed as the hardened product under continuous conveyance and the rotary saw is applied from the underside of the hardened product to cut it to a predetermined length and at the same time to perform the chamfering processing at the cut portion.
