PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel device capable of preventing the winding speed from being increased when winding an object to be wound, and consistently winding the object even at a low speed. SOLUTION: A reel 14 to wind a hose 13 is turnably supported in a body case 12 by a shaft 15 fixed to a center part of the body case 12. A power spring 31 to urge the reel 14 in the winding direction is provided in the right half of a drum 21. A deceleration mechanism 41 to provide the winding resistance according to the winding speed with respect to the reel 14 against the power spring 31 in the left half of the drum 21.
