PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the reduction of pinholes without reinforcing piercing strength and the like by making a plastic film composed thicker and increasing the number of sheets composed and the like in a packaging laminate film. SOLUTION: When a foreign substance is pushed against a packaging laminate film 6 from the side of a sealant layer 7, and the sealant layer 7 and the first plastic film 9 fracture, the first plastic film 9 spreads in the different direction of the depressed direction and is going to apply shear force to the second plastic film 11. However, the shear force does not transmit and does not fracture the second plastic film 11 since the second adhesive layer 10 is broken. Therefore, the birth of a penetrated pinhole can be inhibited since the fracture does not arise in the opposite side of the side of the foreign substance behind the second adhesive layer 10 (a laminated section of low shearing strength).
