PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate functions in individual level of Psf1 and elucidate various pathologic conditions which Psf1 involves and provide a new research tool utilizing Psf.

SOLUTION: The prevent invention provides a non-human mammal in which functions of Psf1 on a chromosome are defective, provides use of the animal as a bone marrow suppressing disease model animal and provides preparation of hematopoietic stem cell and a medicine-screening method each utilizing the animal.
