A medical information and support system that allows user's to gain access to their medical information on a mobile device terminal that interfaces to an application and server system through a wireless network. The mobile device may also interface to medical measurement systems to obtain vital and/or physiological measurements of the user. In addition, the mobile device can be used to provide instructions to a user to perform certain medical actions such as taking medication, as well as identifying the dosages and types of medication.
