PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ the same camera parameter between a camera for monitor and a camera for triangulation. SOLUTION: A pattern light from a projector 10 is reflected by a half-mirror 40 and projected to a subject 50. The projection light from the subject 50 transmits the half-mirror 40 and guided to a first camera 20 for monitor. The projection light from the subject 50 is guided to a second camera 30 for triangulation by way of an ND filter 31. By practically equalizing the transmissivity of the half-mirror 40 and the transmissivity of the ND filter 31, the brightness of the images of the first camera 20 and the second camera 30 is made practically equal. As the brightness of the two is the same even with the same camera parameters, the measurement can be optimized by equalizing the dynamic range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
