PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein whole replacement is required and much replacement time is spent in replacement, and the repair cannot be performed when concrete for insulating is not isolated, because a nozzle burner for incineration and an air supply pipe are integrated. SOLUTION: The air supply pipe is buried into a caster and a nozzle is attachable or detachable and is separated from the air supply pipe, so that the nozzle can be replaced simply by replacing a damage section. A nozzle for incineration is mounted horizontally, so that actions of residence time, air curtain, or the like are performed, and secondary and tertiary burnings are performed in a furnace. Therefore, noxious gas such as dioxin in the atmosphere is far less than a reference value. Furthermore, ash scraping outlet is large, so that access to the inside of the furnace and replacement work of the nozzle or the like is suitable. An upper lid also has an opening/closing mechanism, so that access from the upper part can be also performed.
