PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wear and damage to both regulation member provided on a cargo handling frame and an abutting member provided on a rotating shaft, and eliminate the need for the manufacturing accuracy and assembling accuracy for making them mutually maintain in a contact state by mutually abutting only when these members are not usually contacted, and the force in the lifting direction is applied to a dump arm during loading/unloading operation of the container. SOLUTION: In the container cargo handling vehicle, the container Ct is made to be dumped by turning a dump arm 3 and a lift arm 4 around a support shaft 2, and the container Ct is made to be loaded/unloaded by turning the lift arm 4 around a rotating shaft 9. The container cargo handling vehicle is composed of the regulation member 26 fixed to the cargo handling frame 1, and the abutting member 28 fixed to the rotating shaft 9, and the abutting member 28 prevents the dump arm 3 from lifting by abutting the regulation member 26 when the lift arm 4 is turned to load/unload the container Ct.
