PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swaging machine capable of performing a swaging machining highly efficiently without applying a large loard to the hand of a worker even when a plurality of dies bite a work in t¥aprocee of machining the work. SOLUTION: This swaging machine is provided with: a spindle-driving mechanism 41 for rotating/driving the spindle 26, to which the plurality of dies are attached, at low speed; and an outer race-driving mechanism 42 for rotating/driving an outer race, in which a plurality of hammer members roll along its inner peripheral surface at high speed in the direction reverse to the spindle 26.
