The spindle drive with drive components has a spindle (2) and a mounting spindle nut (3) with at least one rolling member (9). Rolling member is arranged between spindle and spindle nut. Spindle and spindle nut are related to each other and also with roller cage (7) and rolling members (9). These are arranged around lead screw actuator axle (6). Screw jack actuator axle moves in axial direction. Rolling members and link bodies rotates on flutes of lead screw actuator axle. Cage guidance for the guidance of the roller cage rotates opposite the spindle.
