<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of bamboo bitumen capable of controlling the change of temperature at the time of a bamboo bitumen manufacturing which has been impossible in the traditional manufacturing method of bamboo bitumen and applying the traditional manufacturing method of bamboo bitumen in a modern style and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises: an internal container 10 equipped with an inlet port on its upper part and storing a fragment bamboo A which is a material manufacturing bamboo bitumen; a heating part 22; an external container 20 storing the internal container 10 in the condition that the inlet port of the internal container 10 facing the lower side; a bamboo bitumen storage container 30 arranged at the inside of the lower end part of the external container 20 and equipped with an indraft opening fitting together with the inlet port of the internal device 10 when the internal container 10 is stored by the external container 20; a temperature controlling device 50 connected with the heating part 22 of the external container 20, sending the control signal to the heating part 22, and controlling the heating part 22 so that the heating part 22 generates heat corresponding to user's setting temperature; and a reaction container 40 storing the external container 20 which stores the internal container 10 and the bamboo bitumen storage container 30 and manufacturing the bamboo bitumen under the controlling of the temperature controlling device 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
