<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for cooling or warming the neck and the back having a cooling means cooling the neck, the shoulder, the back or the like to prevent sunstroke caused by sport, works or the like under hot weather, and attachable without imposing any restraints on the body movement when put on the body. <P>SOLUTION: The tool for cooling or warming the neck and the back has a flat and soft base body shaped into a plane bent to be a U-shape or an inverse U-shape, and is structured as follows: an enlarged part is formed at the bent part of the base body; a housing bag for housing a coolant material, a heating material or the like is formed at the enlarged part; and a neoprene rubber sheet cut and finely foamed is provided at the reverse side of the base body so that the cut surface comes to the side of a user when used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
