The tool clamping device has two coupling parts. The first one is eccentric and has bars offset at different angles with limiting surfaces for precise positioning of the second one. The second one has side surfaces (11) with elastic lips (5). The second coupling part is made in one piece with different strengths, elasticity and hardness. Regions (8) of the lips are stronger, more elastic and harder than other regions of the lips or the coupling part.
