Prior to the downloading of the data for a requested application to a wireless device, the system transmits an interactive screen to the computer platform of the wireless device which is displayed on the graphic display. For example, a license agreement or restriction notice concerning the application to be downloaded is transmitted and must be replied to before the download can commence.
