PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable photograph cutter capable of simplifying the cutting operation of a certificate photograph and being embodied small and at low cost owing to its being made of plastic material to assure good portability. SOLUTION: The photograph cutter is structured simply and at low cost from a plastic material and a spring and is equipped with excellent portability, and allows the user to cut photograph simply in a shorter time than the conventional method in which he must draw lines by hand and cut using scissors.
