PURPOSE:To obtain an Mo material undergiong hardly deformation at high temp. by specifying the size of each of the constituent grains of an Mo material contg. Ca and one or more among Al, Si and K. CONSTITUTION:The size of each of the constituent grains of an Mo material contg. Ca and one or more among Al, Si and K is regulated so that the ratio between the major and minor axis siezes is made <=4:1, preferably 1:1 on a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction of the Mo material. The average diameter of the grains is 5-50mm, and the thickness in a direction perpendicular tosaid plane is >=1/10 of the thickness of the Mo material.
