PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method and a communication system which can improve the substantial throughput of communication by enhancing the efficiency of a frame format, thereby eliminating the overhead accompanying the transmission of a plurality of frames. SOLUTION: This communication device is provided with: a physical frame creation means for creating one physical frame in which a plurality of MAC frames are aggregated, and at whose tail one transmission confirmation request frame to the plurality of MAC frames is included; and a transmission means for transmitting the physical frame.
