PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform a telephone conversation immediately corresponding to this even when there is an incoming call during driving of an automobile while handsfree using of a mobile phone is enabled. SOLUTION: A telephone conversation system for the mobile phone includes transmitting means and receiving means connected to the mobile phone 1. The transmitting means has an external microphone 5 connected to the voice input terminal of the mobile phone 1 through a signal line 6. The receiving means has a pronunciation unit 7 connected to the voice output terminal of the mobile phone 1 through a signal line 8, a sound collection microphone 10 for collecting an output sound from the pronunciation unit, and an external speaker 11 connected to the sound collection microphone through a signal line 12. A power receiver 14 is provided integrally with the external speaker 11. The pronunciation unit 7 is a disc shape formed as a pronunciation surface 7A of a flat surface shape on one side surface. The sound collection microphone 10 has a pad 10A attached at the peripheral edge of the pronunciation surface 7A, and the pronunciation unit 7 is mounted at an openable clamp 17 held from both face sides of the pronunciation unit 7.
