<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device comprising a cooling structure capable of efficiently cooling a heating element without giving bad influence on internal components. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic device comprises casings 4, 10 incorporating the heating element, a heat receiving part 26 formed in the casing, thermally connected with the heating element, and having a refrigerant flow channel, a heat radiating part 52 formed in the casing and having a refrigerant flow channel, and a refrigerant pipe 66 for circulating the liquid refrigerant between the refrigerant flow channel of the heat receiving part and the refrigerant flow channel of the heat radiating part, and a water absorbing material 78 is placed on inner faces of the casings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
